We do not screen the ophthalmic clinical positions. EyeBuzz® assumes no responsibility for the content of any job listing or website that is either included in EyeBuzz.net’s search results or linked to by EyeBuzz.net.

Use of EyeBuzz.net

We built EyeBuzz.net for your personal, non-commercial use only. If you wish to make commercial use of EyeBuzz.net, you must enter into an agreement with EyeBuzz.net to do so in advance. Please email us at admin@EyeBuzz.net.

Ownership and Rights to Use Materials

EyeBuzz.net does not claim ownership of information, data, text or other materials submitted by third parties (collectively, "Materials"). However, by posting Materials to any area of the EyeBuzz.net website, you grant EyeBuzz.net and its designees a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Materials (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Materials into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed. We shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Materials.

Registration

Some areas of the EyeBuzz.net service require you to register as a member. If you register to become a member, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address) and (b) will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party.

Change In Service and Terms

EyeBuzz.net may modify or terminate EyeBuzz.net Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice. EyeBuzz.net reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice.

EyeBuzz.net disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of the eyebuzz.net services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall EyeBuzz.net or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

Claims of Copyright Infringement

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by EyeBuzz.net.

EyeBuzz.net Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information through our web site. "Personal Information" means information that would allow a party to contact you, including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, or email address.

Submitted Information. We collect Personal Information about you when you submit information or requests to us (through this website or otherwise). We use your submitted information to send you emails that you have requested, and for administrative purposes (such as to notify you about changes to this Privacy Policy). In emails we send you, we provide a method to unsubscribe from future emails.

When you submit your email address as part of our Job Alert application, we use this address for no purpose other than to email you the job alerts that you requested. Your email address is deleted from our database when you remove/unsubscribe from the Job Alert.

Browsing Information.
